You should ask any other Realtor these questions:

1. When are you available to show my property?
We are a family business and we are available 7 days a week, including evenings, usually anytime within an hour. Many times you only get one chance with certain buyers and availability can make the difference between a sale or not. Your property will be easy for other Realtors to show. We share our commissions! Some Realtors make it difficult to show because they are unwilling to share their commission with other Realtors. This is a common practice especially with the "big" name companies. This is NOT in the best interest of the client.

2. Will you have photos of my property on the MLS?
With Baran Realty your property will have many photos on the MLS for other Realtors to show their clients. Some Realtors put no photos in the MLS to make it difficult for other Realtors, so they can sell it themselves. This is NOT in the client's best interest. Exposure is a key ingredient in selling your home.

3. Will people be able to see every room of my house on the Internet?
With Baran Realty your property will be showcased online at BaranRealty.com for total exposure!! Photos will be taken of every room in your house with panoramas of the front and the back. Buyers will be able to see every room via our custom automatic slideshow and V-Walkthrus. Your property will be seen 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Internet address of your property will be on your yard sign so people driving by will go home and see your home at their convenience and not bother you unless they are really interested. All information concerning your home will be available online in a comprehensive Spec Sheet. Any and all features can be described in detail. No Limits. A map of the property’s location will also be available.

4. Will my home be sold "As-Is"?
We don't recommend this. We will list your home as a “quality property” not “As-Is”. Buyer Beware! This sends up red flags to buyers. Beware of discount brokers (those who discount their commission to get your listing) that say “we’ll get you more money for your property if we sell it “As-Is”, which in fact, actually alienates buyers, making them think that there is something wrong with your property that you are unwilling to fix.

5. Will my home be advertised?
In addition to your own exclusive BaranRealty.com showcase, your home will be advertised in many different types of media: DVD's, Brochures, Internet, and more. BaranRealty.com works! We SELL houses, we don't just advertise them!

6. Will there be extra charges?
The Baran Realty Design Team will create all design and advertising materials in-house. This service is provided free of charge to our clients. No service fee will be charged at closing! Watch out for those companies who tack on extra fees at closing which are over and above the commission fee. (they call them "transaction fees")
